Yes! We have friendly representatives who can meet with you in-home or at our showroom. Please request in-home appointments 24-48 hours in advance. Showroom appointments aren’t necessary but are helpful. Representatives demonstrate samples and offer multiple quotes to compare.
We offer a small selection of non-standard sizes listed in the Clearance section. All Clearance windows are sold “as-is”; no returns, exchanges, or refunds. We can custom build in 2-4 weeks for do-it-yourself projects – exact sizes are required for ordering. Consult a salesperson for further details.
Once your order is placed, lead time is 4-8 weeks for installation. Orders are first come, first serve. Typically, late summer and fall have longer wait times.

They can be. There are cheap vinyl windows out there that don’t hold up well over time. But there are also extremely well-built vinyl windows that can stand the test of time.
Low Emissivity glass is glass that has been treated with a metallic oxide spray to help reflect heat and damaging UV rays.
For a more efficient and more sound-reducing window, yes.
When it comes to windows, the word “soundproof” is not an accurate descriptor. ‘Sound-reducing’ or ‘sound control’ are more appropriate terms. We do offer STC/OITC glass options to help reduce noise penetration.
Windows themselves do not cause condensation. Moisture will form on the glass of the windows either on the interior or exterior, due humidity and water vapor in the air. If moisture ever forms between the panes of glass, that is almost certainly because of a seal failure. Most of the time, repairing the faulty seal is covered by the window warranty.

This depends on what type of siding we are installing and the siding manufacturer specifications. Typically, we install on top of the existing substrate when using vinyl and steel products. When applying fiber cement or engineered wood, removal of the existing siding is typically required.

This depends on whether or not you plan on having the soffit and fascia replaced or wrapped with coil. If your gutters have been recently replaced, than we can more than likely re-use them.
After all the required materials have arrived, a standard house will one to three weeks to complete the siding installation.
