Here at Gravina’s Siding and Windows we are concerned about the personal safety and health of everyone. In order to do what we can to help reduce the spread of COVD-19 we will be changing the way that we conduct business. We will be closing our showroom to the public but we will be still making ourselves available for virtual appointments, phones call and text which can include pictures. We will also offer appointments to walk around the exterior of your home as long as you, the homeowner, feel comfortable. We have digital brochures and sample pictures available for your convenience. Gravina’s wants to make sure we can meet your needs in this stressful time as best as we can while still making you feel safe.
We are currently working to complete current projects. If you have a project with us that is in progress and would like an update on the status feel free to contact our offices by phone, email, or text. Gravina’s has made the decision to continue with installations as long as you, the homeowner, feels comfortable. If you wish to delay the installation of your project, let us know and we will be happy to work with you. All of our installation technicians have been instructed to stay home and self quarantine if they are not feeling well. During this uncertain time our main priority is that our customers feel comfortable and safe.
Our service department will be operational during this time. However, to minimize the amount of interaction and comply with the social distancing orders in place we will be limiting and prioritizing to hazardous or security issues for the time being. We are happy to address service calls of a non urgent nature, but be aware we will not be able to fix these issues until a later date.
