Installation
What
to Expect the day of Installation
Scheduling: Upon
product receipt each job is given to an install crew by order of purchase
date. The crew will call to set up a date and time. Generally, crews
arrive between 8:30-9:30 A.M.
Cleaning: The crew uses drop cloths to minimize
debris accumulation. They will clean the area after install. The
crew will not clean the windows unless there are prior arrangements.
They will haul away old windows, siding, and/or doors.
Payment: The contract balance is due upon completion
of install. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American
Express. Arrange for financing prior to install. Payment may
be given to the install crew.

Furniture: Please clear a minimum 3 foot perimeter
around each window replacement. Remove all tapestry, artwork
and/or wall hangings prior to install. Cover electronics with
a sheet to prevent debris from settling.
Security: Please relocate precious belongings to prevent
damage.
Alarm Systems: Advance scheduling with the alarm company
may be required. Please disconnect the alarm system prior to installation.
Reconnect after installation.
Landscaping: Protect landscaping as necessary. Advance
preparation may be necessary.
Pets: Notify the install crew if there are pets. Relocate
pets to a safe place during install to prevent escape and injury. Please
dispose of pet waste to minimize tracking inside the home.
